I came down with VF in 2003, ever since, my overall health has declined. Specifically spinal degeneration and flare ups. Also, has anyone successfully won a social security disability case using gf as the primary disability?

I've had VF since 6/2000. I was off work for 9 months. When I went back I discovered that I lost a lot of brain cells. Particularly the one I used for work (printed circuit designer). I was unable to use my previous skills due to brain fog. I could not remember what to do next. After almost a year of struggling I applied for disability. Denied the first time (almost everyone is). I then went to a law firm that specializes in disability claims. They got me approved in about a year. The sooner you apply the better as when you are approved you will get 'back payments' to the day you applied. The law firm takes 25% if this as their payment. Pretty good deal in my mind. Check your local area for these law firms.

Good Luck,
Jerry
