Jenn,
Since you don't handle Diflucan very well you might ask your doctor if she would be willing to let you try Posaconazole instead. It is expensive but Merk is the maker and they have a compassion program for those unable to afford it. Claudia C on this message board has gone through much the same as you. Lost part of a lung and I'm not sure but she may have had to have it totally removed. I have forgotten now. I know she went through more than one surgery. Nothing else worked for her except Posaconazole.
I agree with idoncov that returning to work might not be the best thing for your health right now. It could make things worse. I hope you get some help soon.

I will have to talk to my Dr about the other med... thanks for the tip. I went back to work this week. Feels good at least emotionally to get back but physically it is exhausting. They haven't has a nurse director since December and many things need to be done. I worked 8-9hrs all last week. I crashed when I got home each day. Friday was a struggle but I got through. I do worry about my return to work but I am excited about getting better insurance.

I have a second biopsy scheduled with new Dr in July. She us a med form specialist. I hope this goes better. I'm back at work and though it hard I am determined to make this work. I struggle with fatigue and back pain but I'm pushing forward. I hope the biopsy gets me the answers I need. Until then, I am waiting I. Limbo. Jenn
